Joining by invite link, code, or QR
Open the invite link on the phone where Menta is installed and the app opens the join screen. You can also type an invite code or scan a QR code inside the app. If you do not have Menta yet, download it free on the App Store for iPhone.
Creating promises and groups
Open Today and start a promise. Set the schedule, choose what proof will count and decide who reviews it. You review a solo promise yourself. A group promise is reviewed by the members of that group.
Submitting proof
Open the promise in Today and add proof as text, a photo or a video, depending on the settings of that promise. A submission can wait for review and does not count until Menta confirms it on the server.
Review, corrections and streaks
A reviewer can approve the proof or explain what needs to change. Menta updates the promise, your streak and, for a group promise, the group board after the decision is confirmed. Streaks use server-confirmed results and are not restored outside confirmed technical issues on our end.
Momenta, referrals, shop and inventory
Momenta is the in-app balance. You can earn it from supported activity and eligible referrals, and spend it on items available in Menta at the time. An eligible reward is added for both people after a referred person's first confirmed activation, and the app shows the current annual limit and reset date. Momenta and items have no cash value and are not transferable.
Notifications
Open Settings in Menta to manage reminders and alerts. You can also change them in your device's system notification settings.
Pro subscriptions and restore purchases
Menta on iPhone offers optional Pro Monthly and Pro Yearly subscriptions through Apple billing, and RevenueCat manages the entitlement in the app. You cannot subscribe on this website. Use your Apple account to manage or cancel renewal, and use Restore Purchases in Menta if an entitlement is missing.
Reporting and blocking
Use the Report or Block actions on proof, promises, groups and profiles inside the app. Their limitations are described in our Community Standards. For urgent danger to yourself or others, contact your local emergency services.
Delete your account
Open Menta, then go to Profile or Settings, then tap Delete account. If you cannot access the app, email hello@menta.quest from the email on your account and we will handle it.
