When you’ve done it, add your proof.

Open your promise to see what’s due. Do the thing you planned, then add the note, photo or video you chose. Your proof and progress stay with that promise, so you can see what you’ve done and what comes next.

A promise starts privately. If you want someone alongside you, choose how they help. They’re added when they accept your invitation.

What is Menta?

What counts as proof?

Proof can be a photo, a text note or a short video. You choose the format when you make the promise.

Can I use Menta on my own?

Yes. You can keep a promise to yourself, or share it with a group and let someone you trust review the proof.

Is my proof public?

No. Your proof is not posted to a public feed.

Does Menta cost anything?

Menta is free to download. Your first promise is free. Optional Pro subscriptions and Momenta features are available in the app, with any requirements shown before you choose them.
